“At our most elemental, we are not a chemical reaction, but an energetic charge.”

— Lynne McTaggart

I chose the name Elemental for my practice because it signifies the journey deep within one’s soul to the core and primal parts of who you are. Your pain, your joy, your hopes and dreams. At the same time, therapy journeys outward towards a deeper understanding of the elemental forces in your life. Together we will identify the components that will help you heal.

Elemental also honors where we come from, the Earth, as our first home. We all have the energy of the elements inside of us. By claiming yourself, you will heal yourself, and healing is contagious. This process pays tribute to your origins and creates conditions for future generations to live in health and abundance.

Hold the capacity of feeling to be the most important and elemental, as providing the foundation for every sound and real growth; everything that is truly great and human.

—Friedrich Nietzsche

To be acknowledged for who and what I am, no more, no less. Not for acclaim, not for approval, but, the simple truth of that recognition. This has been the elemental drive of my existence, and it must be achieved, if I am to live or die with dignity.

Robin Williams

“Curiosity demands that we ask questions, that we try to put things together and try to understand this multitude of aspects as perhaps resulting from the action of a relatively small number of elemental forces acting in an infinite variety of combinations”

— Richard Feynman
