Structure of Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults across the lifespan and adolescents aged 12+ and couples therapy. We will start with an introductory phone call before we schedule an initial appointment. Over time, we will work together to personalize therapy to meet your specific needs.

Therapy is fully virtual with the option of in-person visits 2-3 times per year.

Therapy can be short or long term.

Sessions typically take place weekly or twice per week. Bi-weekly is an option depending on financial need and clinical appropriateness.

Individual sessions are 45 minutes. Couples sessions are 60 minutes.
