Out of Network Mental Health Provider

We are out-of-network providers, meaning we do not have a services contract with your health insurance provider.

Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. If you have out of network benefits, you will typically be reimbursed 50-85% of each session by your insurance.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we offer complimentary claims submission to your insurance at the end of each month. You will receive subsequent reimbursement from your insurance company.

Rates and Sliding Scale

Dr. Greene’s psychotherapy rate is $295 per 45-minute session. For assessment rates, please contact to discuss. Currently Dr. Greene’s sliding scale spots are full.

Dr. Nelson’s psychotherapy rate is a sliding scale from $175-260 with limited significantly further reduced fee slots available.

In case of financial barriers, we will provide you with a list of referrals.
